Conservation Leadership and Executive Development
One of the major challenges of forest conservation is developing the next generation of leaders with the insights and skills to inspire the public, private and nonprofit conservation organizations that actually manage the nation's forests. The Institute conducts seminars and short courses designed specifically for emerging leaders in natural resource management organizations.

Courses Under Development
  • Leadership Principles for Federal Forest Managers
  • Contemporary Challenges in Conservation Leadership and Policy: A Short Course for State Forestry Professionals
For information on both courses, please contact Ed Brannon , Senior Fellow.
